Progress: Before After Photo

See the change you can't feel.

Real transformation is slow. Day to day, nothing looks different — which is exactly why most people quit. Progress is built to solve that one problem: it captures the change while it is happening, so you can actually see how far you have come.

GHOST MODE CAMERA — THE HEART OF THE APP

Your last photo appears as a faint transparent overlay on the live camera. Line yourself up with your past self, adjust the overlay opacity, and shoot. Every photo lands in the same pose, same distance, same angle. That alignment is the whole difference between a folder of random selfies and a progress series that genuinely looks like a transformation.

• Adjustable ghost overlay opacity

• Grid, center and horizon guides

• Front and rear camera

• Works with your existing photos too

BEFORE & AFTER, THREE WAYS

Compare any two days in your timeline: drag the slider across, view them side by side, or fade one into the other. Pick any two dates — day 1 vs today, or last month vs this week.

TIMELAPSE STUDIO

Turn months of photos into one short video. Choose the speed, the transition, the aspect ratio for the platform you are posting to (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), the background, and whether to burn in day labels. Export and share.

TRACK ANYTHING THAT TAKES TIME

Fitness and body transformation, weight loss or gain, muscle building, beard growth, hair growth, skin and acne, braces and teeth, tattoo healing, recovery and rehab, pregnancy and baby growth, home renovation and DIY builds, plants and gardening, art and drawing practice, restoration projects, hobbies and skills.

BUILT TO KEEP YOU CONSISTENT

Organise separate projects with their own cover, category and shooting frequency. Streaks and completion rings show your consistency at a glance. Archive finished journeys and keep them as memories.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your photos stay on your device. No account, no sign-up, no cloud upload, no social feed, no one else looking at your body. The app works fully offline.
