2. Select the session of "Level 1-3" in YogaMonkey APP, start and enjoy yoga journey afterwards.

== Session Overall Introduction ==

With lots of trivial things on the schedule, our busy life can easily make us feel stressed out and give us wandering mind. Distraction wastes our time and depletes our energy. This course will teach you how to concentrate and focus on breath. Focusing on breath will bring calmness to your brain and help ensure the unity of your body and mind. This course focus on enhancing ability to concentrate, calms your mind, and increases perseverance

This yoga course mainly contains several parts: Swaying Palm Tree, Wide Legged Forward, Reverse Warrior Pose ii, Triangle Pose, Tree Pose, Sun Mountain Pose, Sun Standing Forward, Cobra Pose, Corpse Pose, and Lying Walk. Make it a point to move gracefully between yoga poses and focus on your breath. Align your breath with movements so that your body can function as a whole.

Inhale when the poses open up your body, and exhale when you fold. Do it slowly and always be graceful!
