J.P College of Arts and Science has been functioning from 2007 under the management of Grace Swaminathan Educational & Charitable Trust. This is a co-educational institution approved by the Government of Tamilnadu and affiliated to Manonmanium Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. The institution is located in a sprawling area of about 50 acres of land between Tenkasi and Ayikudi Town Panchayat, in Tenkasi District.
