Kaarya

SCOPE OF KAARYA SERVICES

1.1 Kaarya provides the Kaarya Platform to enable user to search service providers and request to connect for a service.

1.2 Service providers may respond to request from the user by accepting or rejecting to connect.

1.3 A user may revoke or modify a connect request at any time before the start or during the communication.

1.4 If a Service Provider accepts a connect request on the Kaarya Platform, a Job is created between the User and the Service Provider.

1.5 Upon creation of a Job, the user may decide to share job related information with the Service Provider.

1.6 Upon creation of the Job, Kaarya has rendered Karya Services, User and Service Provider may decide on the timing of the job and financials (Karya Platform does not support or facilitate the financial transactions)

1.7 Once the Job is created, the User and Service Provider may vary the Job type on the Kaarya Platform. The User and Service Provider are encouraged to use Kaarya's private messaging system to amend or vary the Job details (including the Agreed Price) or to otherwise communicate.

1.8 Once the Services are complete, the Service Provider may provide notice of that on the Kaarya Platform.

1.9 After the Job is completed, the parties are encouraged to review and provide feedback of the Services on the Kaarya Platform.

1.10 Kaarya may also provide a Search Assist feature enabling Users to find Service Providers based on distance.

1.11 Kaarya allows the User and Service Providers to schedule a service and make use of the calendar feature for planning and notification.
