We heard you - and are here for you! In this update we've improved reliability of the app's Bluetooth connection to your Keen bracelet.

Remember, you only need this connection to train Keen for your specific "scanning" motion, to sync your tracking data, & to adjust Keen bracelet settings (vibration, detection sensitivity, snooze). After that, all of Keen's gesture detection technology is right on your wrist!
