ABOUT US:

Khajani Institute works tirelessly with the motto of ‘imparting skills to enlighten, educate and empower women’, we offer short term skill development programes in dress designing, beauty and wellness, nursery teachers’ training, and fundamental computer skills along with tally. In addition to skill-building, we also offer communication and personality development sessions to help groom young girls to develop into being confident and empowered women. 

We at Khajani Institute, want women to lead a self-sustainable life and become financially independent. These women today are role-models for our society and are equally playing a role in taking our country ahead. As we say, “when we teach a man, we teach an individual but when we teach a woman, we teach our whole society.”

In the last 14 years, more than 8000 women have been able to achieve their dreams and 6000 of them are now serving the society as designers, beauticians, teachers, computer operators and approximately 2000 of them have started their own start-up and are providing jobs to empower other women

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to express my gratitude for the trust you have shown on us for the last 14 years.

Even in today’s scenario, when a girl is born in a middle or lower middle segment of the society, the reaction of the society is not satisfactory. The gender discrimination always happens to be there. It is strange that even today, the females do not have right to speak about their dreams, liking and disliking. To overcome this situation, Indian females have to look for industrial training and skill development programme to lead a self-sustainable and empowered life.

We at Khajani, believe in Core competency of intellectual capital for catering to the growing needs of beauty, Apparel, craft, teaching and IT sectors along with Sufficiently high level of competence skills relating to industrial practices and best practice techniques, with substantial depth in the scope of the specialized skills acquired during training at Khajani institute along with the Interpersonal skills that are useful to solve organizational and work-related problems through analytical reasoning, critical thinking and effective collaborations.
