Fixed:
- Episodes picked in Android Auto would not play
- The app could close when a download started on Android 14 and later
- The purchase sheet could fail to open, or a purchase could be refunded automatically
- A message now explains why a purchase could not start
- The 0:00 timestamp was missing in transcripts
- Now targets Android 16
