KIPM Attendance

KOAS is KIPM Official Attendance system developed by KIPM Software Development Cell.It is a unique android app which is created to serve and facilitate the attendance process in KIPM college campus. It will prove to be ONE-STOP SOLUTION to register the attendance of all the professors, management staff and students.

Based on Android platform, it is a user-friendly application which will give an all together a new experience of daily attendance with just a click of a button, as simple as that. All important things were considered during the designing and development of this app to make it convenient and comfortable for its users.

This application is to be used only by the academic and management staff to register their attendance as soon as they enter the premises of college. The app can be used to view the user’s attendance details, apply for leave and updating their personal profile. The academic staff can further use this app to mark the attendance of the students in their respective subjects. KOAS automatically ensures that the attendance for all the students has been marked and stored in the database so that it can be viewed later.

KOAS also provides the feature of interconnecting the staff members through its directory section. Any staff member can view, call and save the contact details of other staff members and use it in case of need.
