Kiwi Sign-in is a step up from the traditional sign-in registers found at the reception desk at various places, and a new easy solution for those places who didn’t have to keep a visitor log book before.

It is a QR code scanning solution which assigns a unique code to a person, who can then use it as a sign-in at any place where this solution is implemented.

QR code can easily be generated by signing up at our website. It can then be saved on mobile as a picture or printed as a visiting card to carry along. Only essential information is asked during the sign-up i.e. name, mobile number and email address. A verification email is also send to make sure your email address is correct. It will help to contact you if needed.

There are two ways to sign-in at any participating business or place: ‘assistant sign-in’ and ‘self sign-in’. For assistant sign-in simply visit the person at the reception and show them your personal QR Code on mobile or print-out on paper so that they could sign you in. As for the self sign-in use the mobile app to scan the QR Code poster displayed outside the building or premises, you will receive a confirmatory message. Do remember to sign-out the same way when you are leaving the premises. Our system automatically picks up your provided details, the place and time where the QR code is scanned.

Kiwi Sign-in provides some more features which are really helpful. There is an app* (android and ios) which can be used to scan the QR code displayed outside the premises. It further enhances the speed and reduces the possible queue outside the premises.

We are also providing dashboard access to the users so that they could see where they have visited in the last 30 days and take timely action. In the same way, businesses and community organisations will also have access to dashboards which is similar to an electronic visitor sign-in register. It will show the visitors log and also show how many people are in their premises so that they could abide by the rules and take actions accordingly. Data can be downloaded in csv/excel format.

At Kiwi Sign-in, we have a strict policy of keeping the data secure, not to use for marketing purpose and not for sharing with anyone else apart from where it is necessary for contacting. This is for both; for us at Kiwi Sign-in and for the businesses or community organisations who are subscribing. A confidentiality agreement has to be signed before subscribing with Kiwi Sign-in.
