Know the law Uganda

This application is an innovative tool for disseminating information for use by both duty bearers and rights holders with smart phones. This App will guarantee access to legal information by law enforcement officers and Human Rights Defenders (HRDs) in the course of their work. The App will be accessible in areas of limited network or by people with limited resources to purchase internet bundles.

This App has been developed by the Human Rights Centre Uganda (HRCU) in partnership with the Uganda Human Rights Commission (UHRC) and African Centre for Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture Victims (ACTV) with funding support from the Austrian Development Corporation (ADC) under the “Promote Awareness and Understanding of Human Rights” Project.
