Komuty Inc, is a company that enables the connectivity between the building stakeholders (owners, tenants, and management companies.)

The application has different sections:

Classifieds.

Users can buy, sell, share, goods and services with their neighbors.

News.

Users can post news about the building or the neighborhood for their neighbors.

Reports.

Users can post reports about what is happening in their unit or in the building to the management company or the home owners association.

HOA

This section is where everything related to the Home Owners Association resides. Minutes, announcements, rules and regulations, etc.

Who is Who.

Meet your neighbors. Share information about you and your interests, thank them, post an SOS, or ask to drop by.

Building.

Everything related to reserving a common area such as the pool, the BBQs, rec rooms, etc.

Notify your neighbors that you are going to be away or that you are going to have a party.

Panic.

Users can notify their neighbors if something urgent is happening whether is a medical emergency or a security issue.

The Golden Book

Users can post recomendation about their favorite places in their neighbohood such as restaurants, Dry Cleaners, grocery stores, among others.
