Bitflinger TV

Bitflinger TV: Stop Searching. Start Watching.

Tired of the "Streaming Shuffle"? You spend 20 minutes jumping between five

different apps just to find something to watch, only to realize the movie you

wanted isn't even on the service you're currently logged into.

Bitflinger TV ends the chaos. It's the ultimate smart aggregator for the modern

viewer. Built for Google TV, Android TV, and Android phones & tablets, it brings

your entire streaming universe into one beautiful, lightning-fast interface.

Whether you're on your couch or on the go, your next favorite show is always one

tap away.

Why Bitflinger TV?

- Everything in One Place: Connect your favorite streaming services and browse a

unified catalog. No more app-switching.

- Professional-Grade Filtering: Filter by content type or the apps you already

pay for — and, with a subscription, by critic/user score and release date.

- The "Smart" Watchlist: Our watchlist doesn't just sit there — it's dynamic.

Use our unique "Hide Until Available" logic to clear the clutter; episodes only

appear when they're actually ready for you to watch.

- Private by Design: No ads, and we never sell or share subscriber data. We

don't build cross-app advertising profiles of you. Our Privacy Policy sets

out how each tier is handled.

- Seamless Cloud Sync: Sign in with Google and your settings, filters, and

watchlists follow you instantly from your phone to your 4K TV.

- Built for Speed: A high-performance architecture keeps Bitflinger TV snappy

and responsive.

The Better Way to Stream

Most "recommendation" engines just want to sell you more subscriptions.

Bitflinger TV is different. We focus on your library and your preferences — the

power-user tool for the Golden Age of Television.

Make Bitflinger TV Your Home Screen (Optional)

On Google TV and Android TV, Bitflinger TV can optionally replace your default

home screen so the app you actually watch from opens the moment you turn on the

TV. This feature is entirely optional, turned off by default, and you choose to

enable it during setup.

To deliver it, Bitflinger TV uses the Android AccessibilityService API. When —

and only when — you enable "Override Home Button" in Settings, the service:

- Detects the Home button press (filtering the key event) so it can open

Bitflinger TV instead of the system launcher.

- Watches for window-state changes so that if the system launcher appears on its

own (for example, after a period of inactivity), Bitflinger TV is brought back

to the foreground.

The service does not read screen content, collect personal or sensitive data, or

share anything with third parties. It is used solely to launch Bitflinger TV as

your home experience, and you can disable it at any time in Settings.

Free Tier & Subscription

Bitflinger TV is free to use for as long as you like — a real account, not a

countdown. Free covers genre selection, the smart watchlist, search and detail

screens, Plex & Jellyfin, and your personalized streaming services — on up to 3

devices, with the first 250 titles in each row.*

An optional auto-renewing subscription adds every title in every row, unlimited

devices, filters for critic/user score and release date, personalized themes and

card styles, and Google Family Group sharing:

- Bitflinger TV (Monthly) — $2.99 / month

- Bitflinger TV (Annual) — $23.99 / year

New subscribers get a free trial where Google Play offers one, with terms shown

before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at

least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Google Play >

Subscriptions; canceling drops you to the free version.

* Free rows show the first 250 unfiltered results rather than the full catalog

behind them. That cap is what keeps the free tier viable; a subscription

removes it.
