LP & Vinyl Record Collection

Vinyl Collection is a vinyl record collection tracker for people who own physical records and want a record catalog of their shelf without typing every pressing detail by hand. Photograph a sleeve, check what the AI filled in, and your vinyl collection grows one scanned cover at a time.

THE CORE LOOP

Point your camera at a record cover and the app reads the artist, album, likely label and pressing year, then hands the result to a normal entry form so you can check every field before it saves. You can also add records manually, with full control over artist, album, label, pressing year, genre and condition.

WHAT'S IN THE APP

• AI Cover-Scan: photograph a sleeve and get artist, album, label and pressing year back, with a note on how sure the read is

• Collection-DNA: a written read of your shelf's shape, which genres and decades you lean on, where the gaps sit and which titles could fill them, once you have 3 or more records catalogued

• Genre and decade insights: your vinyl record collection broken down by genre and by decade, with totals

• Condition grading on the standard collector scale (Mint, Near Mint, Very Good Plus, Very Good, Good Plus, Good, Fair, Poor) on every record, not a generic star rating

• Wishlist with an ownership check: add records you are hunting for with a note, and the app tells you if you already own that artist and album before you buy a duplicate

• Search and genre filters across your shelf, with cover photo and condition badge on every grid tile

• Local-first storage: your shelf opens instantly and works with no signal; the network is only used for AI features

• Optional reminders, off by default and never a daily ping

• Light, Dark and System theme

WHAT'S FREE

Building a record catalog of your whole shelf costs nothing: unlimited manual records, unlimited wishlist entries and full genre and decade insights. You also get your first 3 AI cover-scans and your first 2 Collection-DNA reads free, so you can try the AI features before deciding on Pro.

WHAT PRO ADDS

• Unlimited AI Cover-Scan for working through a real backlog

• Unlimited Collection-DNA reads, with your history kept so you can see how your shelf changes over time

• No ads

Vinyl Collection shows banner ads to keep the free tier free; Pro removes them. Pro is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, charged to your Google Play account and renewed automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play subscriptions.

Your vinyl record collection lives on your device. Record photos are your own, nothing is shared, and no catalogue artwork is bundled with the app.
