That's all HoYoverse has officially locked in, but reliable leakers have pointed to Arlecchino, Ineffa, and Flins as the rerun lineup. Kuroo, a leaker with a solid track record, is the source on those three.
In terms of volume, the Snezhnaya character trailer teased nine new faces: Vodyanitsa, Vesna, Valeriy, Pulcinella, Noy, Mitya, Danica, Pantalone, and the Tsaritsa herself. Not everyone in a regional teaser becomes playable (look at how Il Capitano turned out for Natlan), but most of these names will fill out Genshin Impact 7.0 characters banners over the next year. Current rumor says Pantalone and Pulcinella might not make the cut as playable characters. If true, it continues HoYoverse's habit of keeping certain Harbingers on the sidelines.
