Timaatar는 Pomodoro Technique에 기반한 간단한 생산성 앱입니다.

When working or studying, you can only focus for so long before your mind starts to wander! Taking frequent breaks helps, but if you don't specifically schedule a time for them, it's far too easy to sit and work for hours on end. Time management is something that people of all ages struggle with – The Pomodoro Technique helps you avoid this issue by breaking your day, to promote productivity and ensure well-being! Timaatar is India’s response to Pomodoro – with exercises contextualized to India.

The Technique:

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Think of the technique as a workout, 4 exercises with 3-5 minute breaks between each set, and a longer break of 15-20 minutes before moving on to the next workout!
