Taking frequent breaks helps, but if you don't specifically schedule a time for them, it's far too easy to sit and work for hours on end. Time management is something that people of all ages struggle with – The Pomodoro Technique helps you avoid this issue by breaking your day, to promote productivity and ensure well-being! Timaatar is India’s response to Pomodoro – with exercises contextualized to India.

The Technique:

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Think of the technique as a workout, 4 exercises with 3-5 minute breaks between each set, and a longer break of 15-20 minutes before moving on to the next workout!
