Kerala State Coir Machinery Manufacturing Company (KSCMMC) is a Kerala Government initiative which is committed for ensuring development & growth of coir based industries in Kerala. KSCMMC is situated in Alleppey, Popularly known as Venice of East. Alleppey is known as the traditional home of coir industry in Kerala & Coir is the most important commodity manufactured in Alappuzha. KSCMMC focus upon the development of coir manufacturing equipment's & machineries in order to boost the growth of coir industry in India. Our approach is to ensure the growth of coir industry by manufacturing coir fibre extraction machineries, which are well equipped & finely designed entrusted to optimum performance & easy to operate.

KSCMMC Limited, a public sector enterprise was established with an objective to revamp the coir industry in Kerala. The 24 crore project, which has a building complex sprawling upto 48,000 sq. ft. at Alappuzha was implemented after several comprehensive and thorough consultations at the governmental level. The company ensures modern facilities including CNC lathe machine, conventional lathe, CNC milling machine, conventional milling machine, heavy duty shearing machine, bending machine, drilling machines, fabrication shop, spray painting section, heat treatment section, heavy duty crane along with skillful & experienced professionals to operate these. The R & D wing with modernized facilities, experienced engineers and quality control experts are also specialties of KSCMMC. The company, founded in December 2014 has built mini defibering machines, willowing machines, screeners and other allied coir machineries within a limited span.
