Street and office lighting inventory. Designs and maps.
LarsLighting Inventory is a mobile and tablet application for field work. It helps inventory teams, installers, and lighting maintenance companies maintain records of lighting points—both on streets and roads, as well as in office buildings.
The application requires a GSOC account. After logging in, you work on projects assigned to specific jobs and clients. You can create new projects, review existing ones, and update data from your workspace on-the-fly.
For street lighting, the application allows you to record individual points—including their location on the map, address, pole and luminaire parameters, and connection to the power supply (station, control cabinet, circuit). Ready-made templates for typical settings are available for faster data entry. Locations can be retrieved from GPS, indicated on the map, or the address can be automatically completed.
For office inventory, the application guides you through the building structure: building → floor → room → lamps. The Resources tab also provides a summary overview of power stations and lamps from office projects.
The collected data can be exported to a file and forwarded, for example, via email or another phone app. The app uses maps and the device's location; in some places, you can also add a documented photo. Access to projects is limited by your user account—you only see what you are authorized to see.
To use the app, you need an active account, an internet connection, and—when recording points in the field—consent to access the location.
