This is pre-build application which can be used by any laundry owner for taking customer orders, managing orders, provide status to customers, generate bill for the orders, giving a pickup or delivery to any delivery boy.

This is the pack of three applications, one is customer application from which customer can give you order and see the status and bill of orders he has given.

Second application is master application which will be handled by laundry owner or manager where he can receive the customer orders, assign orders to particular delivery boy, create bill, manage order status etc.., third one is the delivery boy application where a delivery boy can see the orders assigned to him for the day.

Let me provide some points here:

1. Wallet:- At bottom customer can see his wallet balance, this balance can be update by the laundry owner or automatically while paying for the orders.

2. Profile:- Here customer will provide his name, mobile, address, area and password that will be stored with us and customer can edit it when ever he wants.

3. Price-List:- Here customer can see the prices of different services and items, laundry owner can add/update/delete the rate-list and items.

4. Orders:- Here customer can see his orders, current as well as previous orders and also he will see the status of his orders which will be updated by master app time to time.

Now, the main part of this application is to create order. So, In order to create order customer has to fill profile first, only once, then for the next time the profile details will be stored and he do not have to fill it each time.

Then he has to select the service he wants, then select pickup date and pickup time slot (laundry owner has to add timeslots, he can also edit/delete timeslots).

Then press pickup and that all, order will be sent to master application.

Some main points for master app :

1. Full order management is possible.

2. Assigning pickups and deliveries to delivery boys.

3. Creating order bills.

4. For dry clean orders you can put each and every item separately.

5. You can make your own time slots for pickup timeslots.

6. You can add/delete delivery boys any time.

7. You can create bill for orders that are coming to your outlet and customer don’t have the application.

8. On the main screen you will see today’s pickups and deliveries.

9. It is possible to see pickups and deliveries for any day and manage them.

10. Search customer with his mobile number or even address, for searching with address just start typing and you will get suggestions.
