Lifediary

Life diary is a health and wellness mobile application which assists people suffering from mental or physical illness to adopt healthy lifestyle. The app is based on an existing system of regular health checks carried at hospital that has been proved to be helpful for diagnosis and an increased health awareness among the users. Life Diary essentially has taken this system to a wider user group and helps log, track their health data on their mobile app.

The core features of the application is as follows:

The app aims to collect data from an user with a simple set of questions and health checks that takes ~ 30 sec to answer everyday.

These questions are dynamic and changes based on user behaviour, medical condition of the user, specific target groups and other factors.

The questions are presented with colour coded options, with each colour representing different options based on normalcy with respect to the question. The colour coding system for health checks.

The data logged is presented as meaningful visualizations with the color codes. This helps in tracking their vital parameters and in general see how their lifestyle affects their health.

Set custom alerts/alarms to start specific routines or tasks such as bedtime alert, etc.
