1. Our platform is currently designed to support the scheduling and collection of pertinent patient information for vaccination and testing appointments. We built our platform with the community pharmacy in mind and our processes are built to support a streamlined workflow.

ii. What is the cost of the platform?

1. We want to reduce barriers to the use of our platform. We are currently set up for pharmacies to use our platform cost and risk-free for 90 days.

iii. What patient information is collected during the scheduling process?

1. We collect pertinent information for eligibility checks, billing, and reporting processes. This includes but is not limited to patient age, the field of work, and medical conditions.

iv. Does your system have appointment reminders?

1. Yes! Our system is built to send appointment reminders to patients through text messages as well as emails. Our goal is to ensure that you have an effective scheduling process and we know that patient correspondence is a key part of this process.
