Intensive treatment procedure

Faster improvement through a frequent approach. LM Care strives to keep the treatment process as short as possible. Thanks to our technology you can have 2 to 3 appointments per week. Even daily if necessary. This is how we come together, faster to improvement. We strive to be able to conclude the treatment together after 3 months, sometimes up to 6 months. Research shows that short-term treatment is effective. Gained self-knowledge and exercises will then stick better and longer.

Online video therapy

In our online video therapy you communicate with your psychologist via smartphone, tablet or laptop. Then you don't have to leave the door and take a seat in a waiting room. A session lasts a maximum of 45 minutes and is therefore easy to schedule.

Secure chat facility

We are the only mental health institution in the Netherlands that also offers online therapy via a secure chat function. So you can communicate with your psychologist on the train or in a public place. That can save a lot of time.

Our psychologists are university educated and have at least three years of treatment experience. They all master the necessary treatment techniques to help you quickly and effectively.

Good aftercare

We also offer good aftercare, so that together we prevent a relapse. After your trajectory, we regularly offer diagnostic activities and, in the event of recurring complaints, we pick up the thread again together. Without waiting times.
