This tutorial will guide you on how to get the most out of Loshay as a driver. Listen to the tutorial with full attention.

● To install ‘Loshay partner’, go to the Play Store and type ‘Loshay partner’ in the search bar.

● Open the app and enter your phone number. Then, type the 6-digit code that was sent to you through SMS.

● A registration form would be displayed right after the verification. Register yourself by giving the required information correctly.

● Shortly after the registration, you will get a confirmation call from the admin.

● The GPS will show up, which would help you in knowing the exact location of the customers nearby you.

● To accept the customer’s booking, click on the ‘Accept’ button.

● To cancel the ride, swipe left on the ‘Cancel’ button. (Rs.75 would be deducted after the cancellation.)

● After arriving at the pickup point, swipe right on the ‘Arrived’ button. An estimated ‘Travel cost’ would be displayed on the screen.

● Swipe right on the ‘Start’ button to start the ride.

● Swipe right on the ‘Finish’ button once you’ve reached the destination point.

● Receive payment from the customer. After receiving the payment, click on the ‘Cash payment received’ button.

● If you don’t want to take any customers for a particular time, click on the ‘Available’ button on the top right corner. The availability status would then get changed to ‘Unavailable’. Click on the button again if you become available again.

● To install ‘Loshay’, go to the Play Store and type ‘Loshay’ in the search bar.

● Open the app and enter your phone number. Then, type the 6-digit code that was sent to you through SMS.

● A registration form would be displayed right after the verification. Register yourself by giving the required information correctly.

● Right after the registration, the GPS will show up which would help you in knowing the exact location of the different drivers available nearby you.

● Drag the pointer across the GPA to choose your pickup location. Then click on the ‘Confirm pickup location’ button.

● Once your pickup location is confirmed, drag the pointer to choose the destination point. Click on the ‘Confirm destination’ or, click on the ‘Add destination’ to add a particular destination.

● After the destination point has been set, you can then request a vehicle of your liking from four different categories: car, riksha, bike, and chingchi. Car and bike categories have their own further sub-categories, such as mini, premium, 125cc bike, 70cc bike, etc.

● Pick a vehicle of your choice, according to your own personal ease and liking by clicking on the desired vehicle option, and then clicking on the ‘Request now’ button.

● You can even set a specific pickup time by clicking on the ‘Pickup time’ button.

● Any of the available drivers nearby will accept your booking and will arrive shortly at your chosen pickup point.

● You’ll be notified when the driver arrives at the pickup point.

● A consistent and reliable GPS system would allow the driver to reach the destination precisely.

● After arriving at the destination point, the driver would then request the final payment to be paid.

● You can rate and review your ride experience.
