LP Concierge

Launch Pointe Concierge was designed to provide guests of Launch Pointe

Recreation Destination & RV Park with the ability to directly connect with

Launch Pointe staff to submit requests for service, order room service,

make reservations for upcoming events or request valet service.

All requests are routed to staff and tracked in the system to ensure each

request is processed promptly. All Launch Pointe staff have the staff

version of the app so requests for service can be routed directly to the

person (s) providing the service.

If you don’t like the thought of using an app, you can also text requests for

service directly from your mobile phone. Requests are routed to the appropriate

department and logged to our app, just as if you were using our App.

Order room service on the app from the comfort of your hammock and our

restaurant will prepare your order and deliver it to you with our custom food

cart that was designed to keep your hot food hot, your cold food cold and

your beer even colder!
