  This release has some navigation updates to help make finding the camera you want to stream faster.
  
  We have also improved how we are handling streaming cameras that are asking for retry. We are making them try harder the first time so the user gets their stream faster.
  
  This also means we have added some error messages for cameras that are not going to be able to stream so you will know more detail about what is going on.

  This release updates the look and feel of the LVT Viewer app. We have new graphic for the icon and the controls.
  
  The new viewer streaming controls give you more visible area to see the stream while still giving you full pan-tilt-zoom control of the camera.
  
  List and map navigation have improved to give you better access to finding and selecting the camera you are looking for.
  
  And the video player has been replaced with a better player that provides for better performance.
