M8SR8S

M8sR8s is an application that allows one user to pay the bill/invoice of another. Our simple interface allows a borrower to take a picture of a bill/invoice that needs paying, set his own terms and repayment schedule and present that to a friend or family member so they may pay it for them.

It is very expensive to be short of money these days, traditional 'PayDay' lenders know this and take full advantage of it, they lend small amounts and charge massive amounts of interest to those most in need. A practice we set out to challenge!

We at M8sR8s offer those in need of financial assistance the chance to lend with dignity, our users offer a legally binding agreement to their friends or family so that they benefit if they lend to them, our users don't ask for handouts, they ask for a deal, they ask in a dignified manner and compensate when a deal is created.

M8sR8s does not ask it's users to lend or borrow money, only to help out in a time financial need by paying essential bills/invoices such as utility bills or telephone bills.

Terms can be from 1 to 12 months, the borrower can ask the lender if they would accept a % of the bill/invoice or a set cash amount for paying the bill/invoice.

A potential lender can Accept, Adjust or Refuse the terms offered. If the lender accepts the offer they will be liable to pay the bill/invoice and the borrower is liable to pay the terms agreed on the agreement both sigh within the app.

If a potential lender is unhappy with terms offered by the borrower they can adjust them until an agreement has been reached.

A lender has the capability to forgive the borrower at any time.

M8sR8s charges a small one-time agreement set up fee for creating the agreement, the borrower can pay this or they can ask their lender to add it to the amount they need to pay back.

The borrower and the lender are both legally committed to fulfilling their part of the agreement.
