The MABOKO catering concept is delicious homemade African dishes to order and cultural cards that highlight African personalities and heroes because memory is important to rekindle African pride.

Our concept combines African dishes, culture and education at the same time and is aimed at our young people, our elders, our community and any other community in search of African flavors and discovery of the history of African personalities and heroes that we does not learn at school in France..and very little, even in Africa or the Caribbean.

MABOKO combines food and culture to learn and transmit Africa in all its glory!

MABOKO means "HANDS" in Lingala (language spoken mainly in Congo-Brazaville and Congo-Kinshasa)
