WAV and VCF file support added. Menu options updated in Feedback and Chat screens with access to status details and history. Notifications now show clearer read/unread states and quick filters. Feedback List and Details screens improved with better UI, color-coded form types, enhanced flag and resolve options. New sorting/filter UI. Chat screen redesigned for easier interactions. Settings reorganized into clear categories, merging sync/download features for a smoother experience.
