Margrethe Skål

This application is a simple implementation of the famous Margrethe Bowl game, also known as guesses and grimaces. The application has a list of predefined categories, and otherwise the ability to create its own categories. In addition, there are two different ways to play, which is with or without time.

If you choose to play with time, the game is round based, which is 60 seconds. The rounds continue until there are no more cards in the selected category.

The intention with this game type, is that the participants are divided into two teams, where a representative of the team started the game in the application, and tries to get his team to guess as many cards as possible before the 60 seconds have passed. The application is indicated when the round is over, and it is then the other team's turn.

If one chooses to play without time on, it is more meant as a free game. This could possibly be that it was not team based, but that the person guessing the card then has to get the other participants to guess the next card.

The purpose of the application has been for personal use only, but I have chosen to share it so that others, hopefully, can also benefit from it. Not much time has been spent on the development of this application, and is intended solely as a side project, so there may be shortcomings functionally and in the design. Experience in something that destroys the normal experience of the application, or have a few good ideas for small extensions, you are welcome to write it in the comments.
