Antinatal care (ANC) , also known as Prenatal Care (PNC) is “care before birth” and includes education, screening, counseling, treatment, monitoring and promoting the well-being of the mother and foetus . ANC is based on providing women and their families appropriate advices and information which may help them to be in a good health during pregnancy and delivery. Also, providing mothers with appropriate supplements such as folic acid and vitamins that needed during pregnancy, achieve the full life-saving potential that ANC promises for women and babies, Four visits providing essential evidence-based interventions a package often called focused antenatal care are required. Good caring during pregnancy is so important for the health of the mother and the development of the unborn baby, it links the woman and her family with a formal health system which will increase the chance of using a skilled attendant particularly at birth and contributes to well health through the life cycle.

Our features are:

• Create a Dashboard for the State Health Authorities and District

Health Administration, to facilitate entire health services for Mother

& Child for better health care outcome.

• Digitization of Mother & Child Health Profile including

Immunization records from Birth till 6 years of age.

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) of the Mother & Child will be

created and stored in the State provided cloud server.

• Unique Health ID will be created & assigned to the Mother & Child.

• Mother & Child will have the ability to access their own medical

records anytime, anywhere at global level.

• Instant availability of medical data during emergency situations.

• Ensures quicker diagnosis leading to accurate treatment and

reduced risk of cross-medication.

• Immediate access and tracking of vaccinations for infectious disease.

• In case of Emergency, the Resident can click the ‘HELP’ button and

immediately send GPRS location to 5 pre-added Emergency

Contacts in the Mobile App. Additionally, Resident can call local

Police and/or Ambulance during the emergency.

• Women can use emergency ‘HELP’ button in case of any

attack/emergency.
