MeetsNido is the application designed for educators and coordinators, which digitizes and simplifies the daily management of daycare centers. Developed by SIDERA ICTease, MeetsNido integrates all the features necessary to ensure transparency, immediate communication, and a better educational experience.

MeetsNido was born from the need to modernize administrative and communication processes between educators, coordinators, and families. The app allows you to easily manage all information regarding enrolled children, facilitating collaboration between the facility, educational staff, and parents.

– Personal Data Management

Securely view, update, and manage child and parent personal data, uploaded via online registration and managed according to the educator or coordinator's permissions.

– Attendance Register

Compile and update the daily attendance register, both manually and automatically via the school calendar. Easily edit each child's absences and attendance.

– Delegations and Permissions

Manage and archive delegations for children's pick-up, with the option to attach and view delegates' IDs.

– Digital Daily Diary

Document all activities carried out during the day: meals, naps, activities, notes, and observations. The diary can be accessed by parents via the reserved area of the MeetsFood app.

– Document and Form Management

Upload and share regulations, educational projects, forms, and other documents, differentiating between those accessible only to staff and those visible to parents.

– Photos and Videos of Activities

Upload, organize, and share photos and short videos of activities and special moments. Multimedia content can be tagged and made available to parents, who can download and view it in the reserved area.

– Digital Noticeboard

A section dedicated to general notices and documents intended for families, such as regulations, official communications, and educational projects.
