Keep your running diary with the self-created training plan and always keep your weight and the calories used and consumed under control. Collect data, evaluate and run.
Here's what you can do with the app:
* Create training plan, export to an ICS calendar file to import into your own calendar or subscribe to (if loaded on server).
* Record runs (manually and by importing TCX or FIT from the running watch)
* Various evaluations with charts/diagrams and options to save them as an image (png).
* Running time calculator (as optimal preparation for a competition) with average pace and changing individual kilometer paces
* Other calculators: Wings For Life (Catcher Car), BMI, Coopertest (12 minute run), units, performance kilometers
* Recording of test runs over distances or 12-minute run (Cooper test)
* Show run routes on the map (individually or all together) with highlighting of laps and the last run route if import from a TCX file. The map can be saved as an image (png).
* Capture and graphical view of health data such as weight, calorie consumption, feelings/emotions
* Export data to Excel and PDF
This app is also available for Windows and iOS.
