"My UNITAS" is the mobile advice center of the housing cooperative UNITAS eG. As a member, you can register and contact us free of charge and easily around the clock and use our wide range of services.

YOUR INFORMATION CENTRE: You can view your contracts, important documents (e.g. your utility bill) and your rental balance.

YOUR COMMUNICATION CENTRE: You can give us your current bank details, call up a rental certificate, update your contact details, report damage or use many other features.

Would you like to get in touch with us? Write to us in the app and your request will appear directly with the person responsible for you.

YOUR CONSUMPTION CENTRE: You will receive monthly information about your energy consumption and can track your own consumption development.

We always keep you up to date with push notifications. You will be informed when there is interesting news about the cooperative, your residential complex, consumption or documents.

Your data security is important to us. A code is required to register. Members have received access information with their rental agreement since November 2021.
