Your GP securely transfers all your prescriptions to Memory Angel Reminder.Using the Memory Angel Reminder smartphone application, you will receive a notification at the time you need to take your medication. Simply acknowledge the notification and you can handily keep track of where you are at with your medication.

If you forget to acknowledge the reminder then someone you nominate will be informed and they contact you directly.

You can choose the times you receive the notifications and whether or not alert someone if necessary.
