Application based smart MEP management. End-user can send service request through smart application and service calls are centralised to the control room for efficient escalation. All of the requirements are under one service provider. MEP, software and hardware for computers, common household requirements etc are also included in this service. Most common required informations like taxi numbers, recovery vehicles, contact numbers of frequently used services etc are included as a free service for subscribed customers.( Current focus limited to Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah)

Registration Information:-

1.Open the application and type your name in the 'Customer ID' area.

2.Go to 'Select Service' Area drop-down menu and select 'other'.

3.Enter your Contact Number in the 'required service' area.

4.Add your email ID in the 'additional comments' area.

5.Select any time slot from the drop- down menu.

6.Generate message and send it from your default messaging application.
