  Improved DeviceID handling for Android 10 devices. Users which update to this version will get a new device id, which needs to be configured in "Whitelist of Ext. Devices". Any subsequent updates will not change the id.
  However, if app is uninstalled and reinstalled on the same device, new id will be generated -> new whitelist entry required
