About Mileage Price Calculator
Calculates the cost of a journey using the price at the pump and the MPG reading
This application is for users with miles per gallon (MPG) readings in their car. It takes into account the price of petrol (per litre) and calculates the cost of a journey specified in miles.
Translating the miles per gallon into a cost per mile is difficult in the UK with petrol sold in litres and cars reading gallons.
