Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, he is an Allumnus of IIM-Lucknow and IIM-Raipur, He has rich 19 years Experience in Corporate Coaching as a Senior Physics Faculty (Produced AIR-1 2 times and many single digit rank), Academic Head, Deputy Director with Aakash Educational services Ltd and then Running his own Coaching Aviral Classes in Uttarakhand and UP.
