MobilCM

MobilCM is an application developed by the Company Manager Software. Important! To use the application, you need a Company Manager Start, Business Administration or Corporate Governance system and the appropriate user rights.

By mapping the CRM features available in the Company Manager, the application helps colleagues on the move or working from home to work quickly and efficiently.

The great advantage is that we can access tasks, customer orders, time recording, calendar function, partners, documents and reports at any time.

MobilCM records outgoing and incoming phone calls. Records the phone number, time and duration of the call.

The call log is only stored by the phone. Call information is sent by the server only when you link the number to the client. So your call details are completely private to you.

We check the phone number in MobilCM. If this number is listed for potential customers or in the customer list, the name of the potential customer or customer will be displayed.

Click the number and create a new CRM.

Draw on top of other applications: To open a pop-up window, you must give permission to draw on other applications.

The phone number will be checked in Ekatm. If this number exists in the prospect or customer contact list then the name of the prospect or customer will be displayed.

You click on the number and create a new CRM.
