TCS Mobitio - One stop IT solution for end-to-end Infrastructure services
TCS Mobitio is a TCS own mobile application with highly scalable maintainable architecture, which is a one stop solution for the clients, enabling better strategy of execution and enhancing customer support by providing access to the information by the users or operations groups on a daily basis, anytime anywhere.Customer or the end users would be able to access the application through their smart phones to raise a case and track tickets, offer feedback on resolved tickets through on demand survey process, connect with service desk through their local number while travelling, check outage alert notifications and view the impacted ticket alerts in a single click etc.Thereby reducing the time and effort spent on logging on to the desktop every time for an IT support. In the future releases of the project, other user groups related to service desk processes would also benefit from this transformation by making the global service desk operations truly portable.
