Mobile application intended to deliver virtual Cognitive Behavior Therapy
This application is focused on delivering Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) which is effective in alleviating depression and anxiety symptoms experienced by the users. CBT is an evidence based approach for improving depression and anxiety symptoms. The application also provides additional features which provides the users with interactive feedback. This application serves as an additional support or as an self help tool which can be used to alleviate depression symptoms. This application is a part of research being conducted at Indiana University with IRB approval (protocol#1708867512).
