👋 Hi, I'm Lil! I'm 12 years old, and today I’m on gate guard duty. What’s that? You don’t think it’s appropriate for a kid to decide who should, and shouldn’t enter the kingdom? You don’t think a 12 year old should be able to send people to the dungeon!? You and me both! But my dad left me in charge, so I guess I don’t have a choice.

Between shady goblins, haughty elves, and sketchiest of all… humans, I have to conduct interrogations, uncover plots, and survive my shift. Approve, deny, or jail, the fate of the city literally rests on my pre-teen shoulders!

⚖️ Lil’ Guardsman is a comedic, fantasy riff on the border control genre. Every visitor who shows up at the guard shed is a real puzzle that will put your deduction skills to the test. The player must choose to follow, or break, the kingdom’s rules to inspect travelers, identify deception, and make strategic choices.

🪄 As Lil, you must use your wits to outsmart the deceptions of a colorful cast of characters. Letting the wrong person in, or incorrectly sending someone straight to the dungeon, can radically change the course of history, unleashing chaos upon the city. Your individual decisions shape an epic story across twelve levels, a wedding, and a war (that you trigger!)
