  Feature 1: Commander damage player selector menu now displays player colors to make it easier to identify who's who.
  Feature 2: Default commander damage player selected is now defaulted to the next player in order instead of always being player 1.
  Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where when a player died by commander damage, a players abbreviated name would appear in-line with the message.
