About My Calorie Counter for Wear OS
Easy to use Calorie tracker on your wrist. Quick easy food and exercise counter.
Keep track of your Calories easily on your watch! No big food database to search through, just tap in the numbers and go! Track your calories to lose weight or gain weight, and add your calories burned in exercise to keep your diet tracking on target. This standalone Wear OS app (no phone needed, no additional apps to install) is fast, easy, and effective.
Enter your target calorie amount (swipe up on the main screen for settings), and you are ready to start losing weight! Update the target only when you need to.
Here's how it works:
1. With the app open, tap the numbers to add up a new entry value.
2. Tap the + to add the Calories (your food intake) or the - to subtract Calories (exercise)
3. The total is updated in the app, on the Watch Face Complication, and in the History logs.
4. The count will reset to zero each day.
Swipe up on the main screen to check history and settings. See the inputs of the day so you can track if you have entered a food or exercise and use the history to see how many days you met your target. Long press rows in the history remove bad entries.
Calorie counting is effective in losing weight! My Calorie Counter makes it simple to know how many calories you have left for the day and it is easy to track the food you eat. As you gain experience tracking Calories, it becomes easy to know how many are in your foods - you don't need to search through a large database of foods every time you eat. It's too slow and keeps you from wanting to use a food tracking tool.
Real weight loss comes when you can be consistent, and My Calorie Counter is simple and easy and direct enough to stay out of your way while tracking food and exercise each day.
We recommend long pressing the app icon to add it to your frequently used app list on the Wear OS menu. Or even better - map your hardware button to launch this app. Or use a shortcut - and don't forget to add the Complication to your Watch Face for super easy access! See your day's total and percentage at a glance. Just tap it to launch the app.
