My Durlem

At last, soft water at your fingertips. Durlem Vi Connect, your connected softener. With the My Durlem app for the Vi Mini-Maxi range, you can :

- see if your softener is in "softening" or "regeneration" mode

- see whether your softener is connected "online" or "offline

- see the remaining capacity of softened water before the next regeneration

- see the volume of water treated since the last regeneration (*)

- subscribe to a maintenance contract and access after-sales service

- be informed of your softener's configuration parameters

- activate vacation mode: this mode allows you to shut down the softener for a certain period of time

- see if the softener needs salt, thanks to an alarm

- be informed of softener maintenance via an alarm, and be able to schedule a maintenance appointment

- be informed of a water leak in the plumbing system

- request notifications on your smartphone's notification strip and/or by e-mail for alerts

- be in contact with Durlem to request maintenance or repairs

- list your sanitary fitter

- add an e-mail address for e-mail notifications (e.g. landlord-tenant)

- view network signal quality and the name of the network to which the softener is linked (*)

- reset the wifi network to which the softener is linked (*)

For Vi50-30-50DUO Connect range (**)

- see if the memory battery is low thanks to an alarm
