- added the ability to create a gift in someone else's list (and edit it)
- added the ability to create a secret gift in someone else's list
- a list can be for someone else (and therefore the creator can access the status of the gifts)
- when you give a gift, you can do it anonymously (and therefore not reveal who gave the gift) - ideal for Secret Santas
- share feature added
- bugfix: some buttons did not appear to make gifts
