Imagine a situation where someone is lying on the road unconscious. People gathered around but are helpless as they don’t know the details of the victim. They can only take him to the doctor for treatment. The doctors will also be not able to start the treatment immediately due to non-availability of his medical records. This leads to a threat of life of the victim.

The situation would have been different if there was something that provides the victims’ details to the people. The life of the victim can be saved if the people would have informed the details of the incident to his family members. The doctor gets the medical records and medical condition of the victim early.
