MyAcque is the Acque app dedicated to the citizens of Lower Valdarno. It allows you to manage your water utilities in complete autonomy and in complete safety, comfortably from your smartphone, wherever you are. With MyAcque, the water service is truly always with you.

If you are the owner of a water user, complete the configuration of your profile in a few steps by entering the data (you can easily find them on the first page of the bill) and immediately access all the digital services designed for you.

If you are already registered with MyAcque in the PC version, use the same credentials and you are immediately online.

With MyAcque you can:

- Send the self-reading of the meter

- Activate bill receipt to your email inbox: ecological, fast, safe

- Domiciliary the bill to a bank or postal account

- Check the status of payments and download the bill or pay it directly by credit card, in complete safety

- Monitor the status of your practices

- Report a fault on public land or for your private user
