Set your own goals for steps and minutes, and watch the background color change as you get closer to achieving them.

All information is read directly from Health Connect and processed entirely on your device. No data is sent to servers or shared with third parties.

Privacy and security

MyActivityMonitor only requests read access to two Health Connect data types — StepsRecord and ExerciseSessionRecord — needed to show your activity summary.
