Clearing clutter for improving the feeling of clarity

What is it all about.

'We all have capacity for attraction of whatever we want into our life and eventually gathering more and more stuff around us. It is the way we keep score or fill time. But when our attraction process is clogged with stuff that we do no longer want or need the new attraction is slower and then we end up with a feeling of frustration or disappointment. A cluttered environment can cause a cluttered attraction because our personal belongings do have an impact on the way we feel and on our attraction of the future. Make your life free of clutter. Discard everything from your experience that is not essential to your now. Get rid of those things that you are no longer using, wearing, or enjoying and leave your environment clear. Then the things that are more in harmony with who you are now will more easily flow into your experience. You will find yourself feeling better when your living space becomes less cluttered. The way you feel equals your attraction of the future. The better you feel the better future you attract. Nothing is more important than feeling good.',

How to do it?

'It is a sorting procedure that can be done extremely quickly without a possibility of discarding valuable things that you may need later. Obtain cardboard boxes. Number each box with its own unique number. Begin the process in the living room. Look around the room, focus upon an any item and ask yourself: Is this item important to my immediate experience? If the answer is yes, leave it where it is. If the answer is no put it in one of the boxes. Books and paper put in one box, computer related items in another box, clothes in another box and so on. Then pick another item and continue the process. As you put the item into the box write what it is on the list of items that you’ll attach to that box later when you finish the process, or the box is full. Now find a wall somewhere in your house o garage where these boxes can be stored. You now have control of your environment.',
